Hi, I'm Saumya Kumar Das

My journey in technology began at Subisu Cablenet in Kathmandu, where I worked as a Technical Assistant. In this role, I was deeply involved in diagnosing and resolving issues within complex enterprise-level network systems. This hands-on experience exposed me to the backbone of digital connectivity and helped me understand how critical stable and reliable infrastructure is to any technological ecosystem. It was a transformative phase in my career, shaping a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail that I continue to apply in every line of code I write today.

However, while maintaining and troubleshooting systems gave me a strong technical foundation, I found myself increasingly drawn toward creating solutions rather than just supporting them. Motivated by this shift in perspective, I transitioned into the field of software engineering. I pursued an intensive diploma in Mobile App Development at Broadway Infosys, where I honed my programming skills and explored modern development practices. It was during this time that I discovered the Flutter framework, which fascinated me with its ability to build high-performance, visually consistent applications across multiple platforms from a single codebase.

Today, as a developer based in Kathmandu, I bring together my background in networking and my expertise in software development to deliver well-rounded solutions. I take pride in bridging the gap between robust backend systems and engaging frontend experiences. Whether I am designing scalable Java-based backend architectures or developing intuitive and responsive mobile user interfaces, my focus remains on building efficient, reliable, and user-centric applications that address real-world challenges.
